White tea from secret forests of mystery. Our 2020 Wilderness Bai Mu Dan is now available. This Fuding white tea is among some of the best Bai Mu Dan we have ever tasted. It comes from a wild grove hidden in the forest. We are keeping quite a fair amount in stock so we can keep it available it fresh and age the rest as we are positive that this tea will become absolutely magical with the turning of the years. Tea like this is similar to an excellent wine that can only appreciate with maturity over time. Enjoy some fresh now for an all day delight but be sure to get enough to save some for at least 3 years. However, it’s so good you have to be determined and disciplined not to drink it all before it ages!

Handcrafted in an organic micro farm up in Jiri mountain, South Korea. This unique and rare white tea was made with the similar technique that is used for Moonlight White Tea in Yunnan but with a Korean cultivar. Very fruity and sweet and every infusion unfolds multiple layers of different flavors and aromas. Can be prepared in any temperature, not to mention the short brewing in boiling water and a 60-80 Celcius in 1-2 minutes, it is also amazingly tasty as cold brew!!
